    Upon confirmation of your payment, we will immediately begin production. Production typically takes 48 hours to complete. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will use DHL for delivery. The shipping process itself may take 7-14 business days.
  2. Delivery Time
    We will strive to dispatch your order from the warehouse as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your email address.
  3. Change of Delivery Address
    Changing your delivery address is free of charge before we provide you with a tracking number.
  4. Order Tracking
    If you are registered on sylvara.net, you can track your order, shipping, and fee information in your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here using your order ID and email.
  5. Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. We will not charge any additional fees and will provide a full refund. Standard return policies will apply after the item has been shipped.
